Building on their pioneering work as internal change agents that contributed to international recognition through the winning of the first European Quality Award for Xerox in the early 1990's our partners Richard Cross , Pol O'Morain, and David Venables have worked for and consulted with organisations worldwide for over a decade.

With a wealth of experience from working with World Class organisations in the 'golden age' of Quality they have consulted globally in the areas of Business Assessment, Strategy Deployment, Operational as well as Process Excellence. They have witnessed first hand and consulted extensively in supporting the transformation to Knowledge based organisations.

What we do

Our consultancy builds on our foundations provided by the Quality Movement to help improve the effectiveness of Knowledge organisations.
